Exchanges and returns are accepted within 5 days with a prior RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization); Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Packages returned to Carolina Lawn & Tractor wihout a RMA will be refused and returned to the customer. Open your package immediately upon receiving. Damage to items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please do not attempt to call after this period as we are firm on this policy. This policy protects us from issues where the item was not damaged when shipped or received, but damaged after being received by the customer. Please do not attempt to return toys that have been played with or clothing that has been worn claiming that they are defective as this will only cost you frieght charges to return them back to you. We inspect all merchandise prior to shipping. If any merchandise is received broken and/or missing, customer must contact the shipping company (not Carolina Lawn and Tractor) for claims. Carolina Lawn & Tractor, Inc. is not responsible for merchandise that is damaged, broken, stolen, destroyed or misplaced by the shipping company, purchaser or an outside party.
